يُعَذِّبُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيَرْحَمُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَإِلَيْهِ تُقْلَبُونَ
وَمَا أَنْتُمْ بِمُعْجِزِينَ فِي الأرْضِ وَلا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَمَا لَكُمْ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ مِنْ وَلِيٍّ وَلا نَصِيرٍ
وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ وَلِقَائِهِ أُولَئِكَ يَئِسُوا مِنْ رَحْمَتِي وَأُولَئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ
"He punishes whom He will, and shows Mercy to whom He will, and to Him You will be returned, and You cannot escape In the earth or In the heaven. and besides Allâh You have neither any Walî (protector or guardian) nor any helper. and those who disbelieve In the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allâh and the Meeting with him, it is they who have no hope of My Mercy, and it is they who will (have) a painful torment"
"He punishes whom He pleases, and He grants Mercy to whom He pleases, and towards Him are ye turned. "Not on earth nor In heaven will ye be able (fleeing) to frustrate (his Plan), nor have ye, besides Allah, any Protector or helper." those who reject the Signs of Allah and the meeting with Him (in the Hereafter),- it is They who shall despair of My mercy: it is They who will (suffer) a Most grievous penalty."
